  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Gradually add flour and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs attached.
  9. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

For an extra fudgy brownie, slightly underbake them. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an even more indulgent treat.
