Delicious Strawberry Lasagna

This no-bake Strawberry Lasagna is a delightful dessert with layers of crispy graham crackers, sweet cream cheese filling, and fresh strawberries. It’s the perfect refreshing treat for summer gatherings or any special occasion.

  • 1 (10.75 ounce) package graham crackers
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 pounds fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Line the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish with a single layer of graham crackers, breaking them as needed to fit.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  5. Arrange half of the sliced strawberries over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Repeat layers with graham crackers, remaining cream cheese mixture, and remaining strawberries.
  7. In a small saucepan, heat the strawberry jam over low heat until melted. Let cool slightly.
  8. Drizzle the melted strawberry jam over the top layer of strawberries.
  9. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
  10. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving for an extra touch.
