This Strawberry Fluff Salad is a light and refreshing dessert or side dish, perfect for potlucks and summer gatherings. It combines the sweetness of strawberries with the creamy texture of whipped topping and marshmallows.

  • 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries, partially thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Stir in the partially thawed frozen strawberries and cold water. Mix well.
  3. Add the softened cream cheese and stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in the thawed whipped topping, mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans (if using).
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese and whipped topping. You can also add other fruits like pineapple or mandarin oranges for added variety.
