Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:
* 1 32 oz. bag cauliflower florets
* 1/3 c. olive oil
* 1 t. dried parsley
* 1/2 t. pepper
*1/2 t. salt
* 1/2 t. garlic powder

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine all dry ingredients in small ramekin.
3. In a large bowl, pour in olive oil,
parsley, and spices over cauliflower. Toss.
4. Pour cauliflower onto a large sheet
pan and cook for 50-60 minutes.
Toss cauliflower halfway through.
