Homemade Pumpkin Pecan Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir until well combined and smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Once churned, stir in the toasted pecans.
  5. Transfer the frozen yogurt to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours to harden.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can use brown sugar instead of maple syrup. Garnish with extra pecans and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice before serving.
