  • 1 cup pretzels, crushed

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the crushed pretzels, flour, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and salt.
  3. In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then dredge in the pretzel mixture, pressing to coat evenly.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.

Notes

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as honey mustard or ranch dressing. For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the pretzel mixture.
