  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Halloween-themed sprinkles
  • Assorted Halloween candies (e.g., candy corn, chocolate bats, gummy worms) for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.
  5. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the cream cheese mixture into the brownie batter.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
