Halloween Blondies Introduction

These festive Halloween Blondies are a fun and easy treat perfect for parties or spooky season snacking! Loaded with white chocolate chips and topped with Halloween sprinkles, they’re sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Halloween sprinkles, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the salt and flour, and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Stir in the white chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the top with Halloween sprinkles.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

For extra fudgy blondies, slightly underbake them. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a decadent treat!
