Fire Crackers

These addictive Fire Crackers are seasoned saltines taken to the next level with a spicy blend of ranch seasoning, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder. Perfect for snacking or serving with dips!

Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, ranch dressing mix, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the saltine crackers in a large ziplock bag.
  4. Pour the oil mixture over the crackers in the bag. Seal the bag and gently toss to coat all crackers evenly.
  5. Spread the crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, flipping the crackers halfway through.
  7. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of red pepper flakes. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
