Ingredients

  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Arrange cucumber slices, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves on a serving platter.
  2. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.
