Croissant breakfast sandwiches

DELICIOUS CROISSANT BREAKFAST SANDWICH

Start your day with a flaky and delicious croissant breakfast sandwich! Filled with savory eggs, cheese, and your choice of protein, these sandwiches are perfect for a quick and satisfying breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 4 croissants, split in half
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon (or ham or sausage)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Crack eggs into the skillet and cook to your liking (scrambled, fried, or over easy). Season with salt and pepper.
  3. While the eggs are cooking, lightly toast the croissant halves if desired.
  4. Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Top with cooked eggs and bacon (or other protein).
  6. Place the top half of the croissant on each sandwich.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra touch, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or mustard on the croissant before adding the fillings. You can also add other toppings such as avocado, tomato, or spinach.
