These crispy baked chicken thighs are incredibly juicy on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside. A simple and delicious weeknight dinner that the whole family will love!

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken thighs with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange chicken thighs in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Broil for the last 2-3 minutes to crisp up the skin (optional, watch carefully to avoid burning).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
