Cream Cheese Tortilla Bites Appetizer

These Cream Cheese Tortilla Bites are a quick and easy appetizer or snack! Softened cream cheese and your favorite toppings are spread on tortillas, rolled up, sliced, and enjoyed.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper (any color)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and milk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the green onions, bell pepper, and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Tightly roll up each tortilla.
  5. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the cream cheese to firm up.
  6. Remove the plastic wrap and slice each tortilla into 1-inch thick bites.
  7. Arrange the bites on a serving platter and serve chilled.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the cream cheese mixture. You can also substitute the cheddar cheese with pepper jack cheese for a spicier flavor.
