This Chicken and Spinach Casserole with Cream Cheese is a comforting and flavorful dish perfect for a weeknight dinner. Creamy, cheesy, and packed with chicken and spinach, it’s a satisfying meal the whole family will love.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the casserole is heated through.
  6. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with a side salad or crusty bread for a complete meal. For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mixture.
