These cheesy veggie crescent bites are a quick and easy appetizer or snack. Flaky crescent rolls are filled with a savory mixture of vegetables and cheese, then baked until golden brown.

  • 1 (8 ounce) can crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup chopped mixed vegetables (such as broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Spoon a spoonful of the vegetable mixture onto the base of each triangle.
  5. Roll up the triangles from the base to the point.
  6. Place the crescent bites on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
