* 1/2 stick Butter
* 3/4-1 C. Milk
* 1 T. Garlic Powder
* 2 T. Fresh Parsley, finely chopped

* 2 pounds of Ground Beef
* 1 large Vidalia Onion, diced into bite sized pieces
* 5 large Carrots, diced into bite sized pieces
