This Caramel Apple Sangria is the perfect fall cocktail! Combining crisp apple cider, caramel vodka, and white wine, it’s a delicious and festive drink for any occasion.

  • 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine, such as Pinot Grigio
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup caramel vodka
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 pear, cored and chopped
  • Cinnamon sticks, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, apple cider, caramel vodka, and caramel sauce. Stir well to combine.
  2. Add the chopped apples and pear to the pitcher.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Before serving, stir the sangria well.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce inside the glasses.
  6. Fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria over the ice.
  7. Garnish with cinnamon sticks, if desired.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra touch, rim the glasses with caramel sugar before pouring the sangria.
