  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter, plus more for greasing

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mashed butternut squash, egg, milk, and melted butter.
