Level up your nacho game with these Bundt Pan Nachos! This fun and shareable appetizer is layered with crispy tortilla chips, seasoned ground beef, and all your favorite toppings for a guaranteed party hit.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 bag (10-12 ounces) tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • Chopped cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning according to package directions.
  4. Add black beans and corn to the skillet and stir to combine.
  5. Lightly grease a Bundt pan.
  6. Arrange a layer of tortilla chips in the bottom of the Bundt pan, pressing them slightly to conform to the shape.
  7. Top with half of the ground beef mixture and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Repeat layers with the remaining tortilla chips, ground beef mixture, and cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Let cool slightly before inverting onto a serving platter.
  11. Top with jalapeños, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and cilantro.
  12. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a layer of queso dip between the chips and beef mixture. You can also customize the toppings with your favorites!
