This creamy and flavorful Buffalo Chicken Dip is a crowd-pleasing appetizer perfect for game day or any gathering. It combines shredded chicken, hot sauce, cream cheese, and ranch dressing for a spicy and addictive dip.

  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce (or your favorite)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese (if using). Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and heated through.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
  6. Serve hot with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

For a smoother dip, use an electric mixer to combine the ingredients. You can also prepare this dip ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
